City of Atlanta - Department of Public Works
In 2020, we were contracted to work with the Department of Public Works to improve a watershed warehouse's storage facility. Seen in the pictures below - we, Arkhold Services, improved the warehouse by adding storage containers, adding additional functional storage, and removing wasteful materials.
InvestAtlanta - Fencing Project
In 2020, we were contracted to reconstruct the fencing around this location. As seen in the pictures, the previous fencing was damaged due to age and crime. We, at Arkhold Services, worked swiftly to apply new fencing with improved foundation as needed for this InvestAtlanta location.
Cleaning & Maintenance Projects
InvestAtlanta - Cleaning Project

In 2019, we were contracted to work with the City of Atlanta for a Watershed Project to improve a watershed warehouse's storage facility. Seen in the pictures below - we, Arkhold Services, improved the watershed warehouse by improving storage containers, adding additional functional storage, and removing wasteful materials.
Ongoing Maintenance Projects
We have a portfolio of ongoing maintenance projects, that we are completing throughout the Atlanta area. We have an ongoing contract with the City of Atlanta where we maintain these properties and ensure that they're clean, re-boarded up, and uninhabited. Seen below, we show a mix of properties that we currently maintain; we are taking the necessary steps to improve value of the properties that we have been hired to maintain .
Property - 885 Eugenia Pl, Atlanta, GA
Seen in the below pictures, we are repairing the inside of the house where vandalism/robberies have taken place. Our goal was to ensure that we reinforced the boards around the property to ensure that there is not additional damage done.
Property - 902 N Eugenia Pl. 1255 Epworth St
Seen in the below pictures, we are repairing the inside and outside of the house where the yard upkeep has fallen aside. In the pictures, you can observe that the yard and house exterior has been unattended for years. We have been contracted to improve this property and ensure that the yard and house exterior are maintained.
